I had always wanted to start my own business. In my younger days, I wanted to start a desktop publishing business when digital publishing was in its infancy. Life, family, and children had other plans for me because stability and a regular paycheck was more important.

I am very happy and grateful to be in a new phase of my life to be able to start a website design business as kerryathompson.com. Designing websites for small businesses is this age's version of desktop publishing – technology has come a long way!
